Keychron offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for all keyboards and accessories, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. We strive to ensure your mechanical typing experience is flawless and provide support for any manufacturing defects.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the keyboard in its original box, including all keycaps, cables, and switch pullers that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the item back to our designated warehouse facility for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
